I would like some recommendations on spas that offer good body massages. I tried L'occitane but it wasn't to my satisfaction. Thank you.

Hi, I would just like to say that I am an American esthetician in Paris and I have worked at some of the worst and greatest day spas. The worst in Paris is Les Bains de Grenelles. Of course the exterior and interioir look great. IKEA cheap, but still classic. But that's just it; everything is cheap with this lady. I am not just an esthetician scorned I would never do this, but because I was so disgusted working for the lady I thought I might let my fellow American's in on what occurs there.
Rachel (the owner ) uses l'huile de tournesol ( vegetable oil ) for massages that cost 90 to 130 euro.
For her body scrubs that cost 60 euro and she buys salt from the grocery store and uses soap in a bottle that smells like peach from the local carrefour. During a facial that will cost you 130 euro we wre told to use up all the old serums and formulas from Ingrid Millet and Gisele Delorme. As a skin care professional who has been in the industry for 12 years I quit within 5 weeks.
