I am looking for a spa that offers good body massages.I tried L'occitane but it wasn't to my satisfaction. It would be appreciated if you can recommend me others. Thank you.
I would like some recommendations on spas that offer good body massages. I tried L'occitane but it wasn't to my satisfaction. Thank you.
If the quality of the massage is the most important, my best tips are:
Spa NUXE 32 Montorgueil
32, rue Montorgueil, 75001 Paris
Tél. : 01 55 80 71 40Institut Lancôme
29 faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris.
Tél. : 01 42 65 30 74
Harnn & Thann
11 rue Molière, 75001 Paris
tél : 01 40 15 02 20
Nuxe and Lancöme are more expensive, but typically Parisian. Harnn & Thann is a nice trip to Thaïland in the heart of Paris.
Have a good time !
Thanks, Nila
Backpain "killing you" is a serious medical condition which should send you to a doctor before any treatment. In Paris, you can find an "osteopathe", a specialist who will examine your skeleton and whole body, some of them being graduate doctors. Once this is done, and a week of improvement felt, a spa can help you to relax also mentally. I would advise to make an appointement with the trained "osteopathe-kinesithérapeute" that workes at "Espace Payot" (www.espacepayot.com) and linger at the swimming pool, after seeing the doctor. I hope you will get better! Regards, Susanne
Rachel (the owner ) uses l'huile de tournesol ( vegetable oil ) for massages that cost 90 to 130 euro.
For her body scrubs that cost 60 euro and she buys salt from the grocery store and uses soap in a bottle that smells like peach from the local carrefour. During a facial that will cost you 130 euro we wre told to use up all the old serums and formulas from Ingrid Millet and Gisele Delorme. As a skin care professional who has been in the industry for 12 years I quit within 5 weeks.
I hope this will help all and at least spare you from wasting your money Good luck in your search for great spas in Paris.
And what would your best spa in Paris be?
